Right of rescission, only for Consumers in Distance Selling Orders

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Taubenreuther GesmbH, Landstraße 18, 5102 Anthering, Tel: +43 6223-20390-0, Fax: +43 6223-20390-20, Email: office@taubenreuther.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal. For refunds, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to Taubenreuther GesmbH, Attn: Returns Service, Landstraße 18, 5102 Anthering, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
a) Goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly personalized, or
b) The delivery of audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer, or
c) Periodicals (except contracts for periodic publications and subscriptions).
